YOUTH APPRENTICESHIP PROGRAM
We equip youth (ages 16–21) with the tools, training, and purpose to become leaders in the agricultural space
$20/hour paid apprenticeship (up to $1,500 per student)
Training in greenhouse management, irrigation, crop & animal care.
All food grown supports our Mommies Program & produce box deliveries
Entrepreneurial, leadership & environmental skills
THE MOMMIES PROGRAM
Our Mommies Program increases food sovereignty by teaching mothers and caregivers how to grow their own food using sustainable practices. We provide access to fresh produce and two levels of support:
Short-Term Track: A one-day workshop on basic nutrition and home gardening.
Long-Term Track: 6 month-long, program with advanced lessons on planting, crop care, and wellness.
One-on-one mentorship and are connected to vital community resources.
